Well who ever hit it put that hood out of its misery. I cant stand OEM Vented hoods, i think its such a tasteless mod IMO

As are rollbars that aren't proven/certified to hold up in a... roll.

except one looks good and the other looks cheap.
plus, i have seen/heard cases of cusco and safety21 doing their job in a roll.

Looks are subjective. Didn't mean to "get" anyone. Was just saying, different strokes for different folks.

Not to go OT, but lets see those cases? And can we isolate the cage as being the reason for structural integrity? Probably not.

I find it funny how half of the people who express disapproval for OEM vented hoods do so because it is in fact cheap. Not because it looks bad. Although, this is subconscious, but evident when they like other vented hoods that are partially painted [and even ill-fitting!]. Now, if you dislike all vented hoods, then that's another point and a valid one at that.
