Wreck to Riches
finally some updates. I'm in desperate need of some ap2 headlights. I hate to buy them new but the way things are going, I might have to break down and just buy em. Anyways Car is all put back together (minus headlights) Still have to pull the passenger fender back off to seem seal the repaired apron and pick up the hood I ultimately plan to use but the good news is everything lines up like new.

Also, why not use some eBay headlights until you find some real ap2 ones?
thanks everyone! waiting on a good deal on some headlights. As far as the frame machine that was used. It is an old dinosaur Kansas Jack unit with laser set up. It does get the job done though.
As far as impact solid. The frame rails on s2000's are very very easily manipulated. Almost every front end accident of an s2000 results in bent frame horns. The Bumper Beam is the most solid structure of that part of the car as there is almost no support of the frame rails beyond the beam under the air box. I think thats why people are so scared of wrecked s2000's. I have fixed 2 now that have had front frame horn damage and I would say that it is perfectly safe in an front impact. The frame horns are the weakest link of the s2000 unibody.
