Default Result of Clazzio seat covers over head rest stereo speakers sound quality

I am considering purchasing Clazzio perforated seat covers for my 2004 S2000 but am concerned how much the seat covers will affect the speakers sound quality. I would appreciate comments regarding my concern. Thanks!

The stock headrest speakers suck anyway. I'd just unplug them and be done with it.

I haven't put mine on yet. I was a little turned off by the difference in the red compared to the door card leather. I still haven't decided on whether to do it or not.

Please post pics and your impressions if you decide to put them on. I've been lusting for red seats, but haven't decided on which route to go. My current black seats are still in great shape, only minor wear on the driver side bolster. So kinda don't want to rip out the OEM leather for re-upholstering ($$$$), or even DYI replacements from say leatherseats.com (which has little or mixed reviews). I don't mind the idea of car covers as long as they fit good and don't look cheap. The only turn-off for me with the Clazzios is that they hide the headrest hole. Might re-consider this option as a good compromise.

I have them on an 06 which seems to be the model seats they are really made for. They are not and will not be as "tight" as the seat leather itself. They do look very good and only another s2000 owner or car nerd would be able to notice the difference really. Once you tell someone they're on, you usually get a look of surprise. You can move the covers around more on the seats than the original leather but they are really not highly noticeable. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to freshen up or protect their original seats. The only use case I do not think they fit is someone that is trying to bring their car to minty original status. Otherwise, they look and feel very good and I would not describe them as cheap at all.

GoTuning/Clazzio has both Beige and Ivory available but I'm not sure which color I need to match a tan interior.

I agree, covers look nice, but is covering the speaker headrest speakers a no-go for some?

Have a Riio Yellow 2004 and was thinking of getting the black perforated with yellow center stripe. Too much yellow? Cheesy?
