Anyone have these seat covers?
Anyone have these seat covers?

They look pretty nice, but being only $50 more than clazzios and half the price of other S2000 Leather seat skin replacements, I worry if they're too good to be true.
Thanks

coil222 I thought the same thing as I'm currently redoing my interior and my RED leather seats are... wanting. lots of wear on them. still comfy though. back to the point, a few people have used them on here and from what I gather they require a LOT of reworking to look even remotely close to fitted as the OEM skins. I'm getting a shop in town to rework my bottoms and dye everything to match the factory red. I was priced at 500 for the pair to be redone and that's reusing a LOT of material. I see it as "you get what you pay for" good luck hope it helps.

Clazzios simply slip over the existing seat cover, these are new covers that replace the OEM covers, so they'll require someone who knows what they're doing to fit them.

I actually just converted from Clazzio to Leatherseat.com. Did the work myself. Don’t get me wrong the fit and finish of the Clazzio is beyond awesome. My main purpose of the transition was to get the seat honeycomb open again; I have an AP1. The reupholster is a fun day job for a hack mechanic provided they have a Helm Manual and a set of Hog Ring Pliers ( bitch to use!). The most interesting thing to me is how much more “raw” the seat feel is now. I recall when I installed the Clazzios how nice they felt. I now know it was a combination of the extra layer of leather/backing as well as what I will call the seat side slope. The OEM foam is steep and the LeatherSeats hugs it. The Clazzio stretches into place over the bolsters loosing the steep angle; apparently making the Clazzio more comfortable. No problem with wrinkles as I steamed the leather prior to install.
All in all it is 6’a; take your pick. I do like the new look which I was going for but I’ll have to drive it for a season before I make a call.

OK so I went the baller route and I had a local interior shop fix them. Brand new seat skins (which unexpectedly came w/ matching door skins too!) from Katskinz (i think). Black unperforated leather w/ blue stitch, $13xx inc tax and labor.
Now I need to clean up my steering wheel, and I will prob do the arm rest and shift boot as well. Is the redline good stuff good? (http://redlinegoods.com/)

I also have the armrest cover but it's much bigger than the armrest itself, and I didn't see a way to install it so that it fit properly.
