In terms of a straight swap...I have no idea. I would think so.

 

00-05 seats are a straight swap. 06+ the passenger side seat rails will not fit. need to swap them for the 00-05 rails or have the 06+ rails modified.

Custom fabing the AP2(06+) passenger seat in an AP1 didnt take much at all. All my shop did was weld an extra piece of metal to the upper-right bracket that screws to the floor. Cost me 90 bucks

 

I'm doing a black to red/black conversion. SO far i've got coming:

Red/black door panels
Red carpet
Red dash
Red floormats

The last thing I want (For now) are the Red/black seats, I freaking love those. I think they only did them in AP2 though right?
