belt buckle
A harness is the best way but without a Roll bar it puts people off. It all depends on how wide the seat it.. but most just leave it right under the lip of the side of the seat. it can be a pain to unhook.

A harness is only a good idea when used in conjunction with a proper head/neck restraint. In case of accident you will be strapped in too tight and the whiplash will be severe.
I saw in the aftermarket seat thread there was a guy who recommended using a plate to extend the female buckle up pass the bolster

my factory female seat belt buckels had bends in them to get around the factory seat and up to you where they were supposed to be.. i just put the bends on a vice and straightend them out. they extended about 2 inches. (almost perfect for bride low-max)
