They are smilar to Rick's Signature Accessories.
Or it could be muz accessories from Prestige Auto Accessories (Australia). Photos below are from September 2006

The mats where in the car when I bought it way back. There’s no markings or anything on them. There’s a lot of ricks hardware on my car which led me to believe they where ricks, but think I was wrong
