Thanks for the replies, I will take the seat out of the car to check it better. Il see if I can remove the material to inspect the foam, and hopefully get it repaired locally. Microfiber would be a good idea, I will see what I can find for material. I probably won't be able to match the red leather anyways.

I did new skins (ebay) & I used the plastic top from a large storage bin to stiffen the bolster. Works great still looks good a year later.

My top sections are looking better after a year of baking in the hot TX sun, still not like originals but I'm happy enough.
