Does anyone make a door panel without the arm rest and with flush mounted window controls?

I am installing a Sparco Evo 3 on the drivers side and a Evo 2 on the passenger side and I know they wont fit without trimming and panel deletes. Plus door pulls are awesome and that damn arm rest does nothing for me currently except for making my fat ass unable to reach the window controls.

Looking for something like minus the manual control. I like power windows.

 

Those are really nice, not seen them before.

i know these aren't finished like the ones you picture but you can always wrap or paint them
