Hey guys. I have two main questions.

#1-is it possible to swap an AP2 V2 cluster for an AP2 V1 cluster? I'm dying to get the amber out of my car and this cluster just sucks. I was hoping to swap over to the V1 so I could buy a qube engineering white cluster. I've given up on trying to get him to make a V2 cluster since the guy has really no good excuse to not make one. "lack of a market" is pretty poor considering I'm sure they'd sell like hot cakes for those of us who do have them. The amber makes a 4 year old car feel 15 years old.[/rant]

#2-Are there any vendors who sell actual brushed aluminum trim kits? For around the instrument panel and center console? I'm talking about real brushed aluminum and not painted plastic or something of the sort.

 

I had a member named jordanksartell make my LED ap1 instrument cluster for me, I don't see why he couldn't do an ap2 cluster, you might want to pm him and see if he could do it, unless I'm missing something about the cluster that makes it more difficult. He is in Tennessee and is great to deal with, his instrument cluster upgrades are made to use the factory power supply and you don't have to run a separate power wire for them, which I liked.

On the dash trim kits, when I bought my silver carbon fiber kit from Burtman industries they sold real brushed aluminum kits too, not sure if it is what you are looking for but here is a link
