Are there any cylindrical counter sunk shift knob the will fit the s2k threads with out the plastic adapters?

Believe it or not I have searched several times, not sure how I missed the "Shift knob thread" though. I have noticed that every rocks the ball knobs, I cant stand them. I have found a couple knobs that I like but they are so tall that it looks like a sex toy bolted to center console.
