Dash Problem
I don't expect him to have an email address, but he does have an ID or name that can be referenced. Get that.
Ask to be referred to his reporting manager and take the issue with him/her. Get her name or ID that can be referenced. Document everyone you talk to and their response. Keep escalating until you get what you need. PM me if you reach a dead end.
I would get better pictures (macro lens) to clarify the issue, they look too subtle with that resolution and green hue.
Trust me, I dealt with a very similar issue on my other car. Keep trying. Good luck.

I received a call back from my AHM customer service claim and the rep said "to be honest with you, nothing's changed and they aren't going to replace your dash"
I asked for his e-mail and said he doesn't have an e-mail?
My documented statement from the dealer says "DPSM (district parts service manager) inspected dash and 2 other s2000, all looked the same, said dashboard is normal"

F'ing American Honda is at it again.
Bottom line: it's still under the 3yr/36mo bumper to bumper warranty and they should not be asking you any f**king questions about it, let alone challenge your claim.
Get that sh*t taken care of while you can because even if you had taken it in during the warranty period and they never fixed it - and then turns into a big nasty ovbious crack and the warranty expires, you're SOL. Trust me, it's happened to me before: took my car in before warranty expired, the dealer couldn't fix it after 3 tries, then the warranty ran out, and American Honda said "F you. Thank you come again."

I have a 2005 Silverstone (42k), and my son has a 2007 GP White (9k), and we both have the same issue. Both cars were "stored" for extended periods. My sensing is that a Sharpie will do the trick. The original warranty on the '07 just expired but we have an extended Honda warranty and we will ask next time the car is in the shop.
I just noticed a little shrinking as well in the middle. im gonna go get some black filler to create a line between the foam and the dash to see if it holds that, and plus it just looks like sealant like on the front cr lip so it wont look bad. rather have that instead of foam showing when looking for eye sores..
