Default DIY on how to remove seats covers

I want to take my leather cover off the seats for a cleaning, I was wondering if there is a DIY floating in the forum. I searched and looked at the library and couldn't find anything.

take them off for a cleaning? why?

If you get the hand cleaner with pumice and work that in by hand, then use a damp rag to wipe it clean, and then a dry rag to dry it off. Then get a set of Lexol leather Cleaner and Conditioner and your seats will be great. The first hand cleaning process takes time and you can also use a light brush on it to get in the grain of the leather and vinyl. With the perforated inserts i like to just go light with the hand cleaner on a rag that way it dos not get stuck in the holes. If it does get a blow gun and that will take it all out.

If you reallllllly want to take the entire seat apart to take the covers off and clean them be prepared to go to a local upholstery store to buy hog rings (which come in 2lb bags usually) and you will only need a handful.

PM me if you need a write up on how to remove the covers. I might make a DIY when i tear my seats apart for the millionth time and then cut them up.
