Default Door panel and window sash alignment issue

Hi all. I noticed an alignment issue with the driver-side door panel and window sash (I think that's what it's called). Please see the picture. There is a gap between the sash and the door panel.
I took out the door panel and didn't see a way to adjust it upwards. And please correct if I'm wrong, the sash can only be adjust in and out, but not up and down.
I hope I am missing something because I really would like to get rid of that gap. If the car came out of the factory that way then I'm disappointed in the build quality, not what I'd expect from Honda.

Anyone else has seen this issue? Any input appreciated!

So you have the same issue with your car? Is there a way to correct this?
