Default My elbow pad corners are coming apart

So I popped off the center console, grinded out the rivets and now have my elbow pad separate. I'm trying to stretch the leather back over where it has come off and it's nearly impossible...almost seems like there is not enough leather to cover the whole thing. Any options? I was thinking of going to JoAnn Fabrics and pick up some black perforated vinyl and try to cover myself. Maybe an upholstery shop can make my original work.

Hit the usual suspects for a replacement. Several threads exist on recovering the pad.

I ended up calling a local upholstery shop who wrapped it in perforated vinyl which looks damn near identical for $25...can't beat that price.
