Default Need to tighten loose bolt

Hi all,
I need to tighten a bolt on a body panel. Its a bolt that's used to clip on the tonneau cover. I know I need to hold the nut on the back to tighten it. My question is what is the easiest way to get to the nut? i.e. Which panels and how to take them off.

Pull straight up on the lower door jamb piece. behind the seat you need to remove the plastic hooks. then pull out on the rectangular trim cover. next there is a screw at the bottom of the main piece you are trying to remove. Un screw that and now you can pull this trim straight out and do your work.

Good luck

Thanks for the advice! By lower door jam piece do you mean the running board piece that has the S2000 emblem?
