Default Overspray on driver door panel help!

Not sure what or when but I just noticed the overspray on the door panel and don't want to sacrifice any fading or what not by using paint removal products I.e nail polish removal. Any products that I can use to get it off?

Thank you
Brian

Either of the above could work but I'd need to see a picture to tell you which direction to go.
