Default q: softtop boot?

is the soft top boot to be only used with the top down

or can it be installed with the soft top down, WITH the hard top installed?

(attempting ways to reduce road noise in the cabin)

Do you have the soft top boot already? If not you can try it with mine.

I'm thinking that it will interfere with the side catches for the hard top. Maybe a little trimming is in order. I'm certain it could be made to work.

I just bought an OEM tonneau cover and i'm going to use it with my Mugen style hardtop. Some people say you can get it to work without trimming, but even if I have to trim some its not a big deal. If you guys don't find out within the next week or so, i'll post back and let you guys know.

IIGQ4U use to have a DIY tip for doing this, basically need to scrunch/ roll up the ends of the tonneau cover and fold under. I tried it but found it too much of a messing around. Modifying/cutting one wld be better. I want to see how suzuka-blue-s2k goes.
