Roll hoop covers glue

Default Roll hoop covers glue

My roll hoop covers were taken off (big mistake). They are in great shape. Does anyone know of a good glue to put them back together?

I tried some loctite epoxy which worked for a few months. I decided the plastic was too smooth since I could peel the epoxy off it after they separated again. I took sand paper to the plastic hoping the epoxy would stick better. So far it is holding but it has only been a few months.

worked for me is liquid crazy glue. had the 2 pieces held together with zip tie then applied small amount of glue and it just ran down to the bottom and within 2 min i was able to remove zip ties. so far so good for 2 years?

Any of these GOOP products does an amazing job. It is like 1/2 way between super glue and silicone, but can hold almost anything together:
