[QUOTE=Chazmo,Aug 1 2004, 11:57 PM]You're listed as an owner, so I assume you've received your VIN and entered it into the site.

you guys think the secret compartment in our s2000 is cool. the new a4s have, literally, sliding drawers attached to the bottom of the front seats. it's a great and convenient place to hide drugs and cash... also makes a great wallet compartment.

That's the SECRET COMPARTMENT????

I've never driven an S2000 before, and when i was in the dealer the other day, i found that little place within 10 seconds or playing around inside.

However, I didn't get enough time to figure out how to open the boot! I got dealer glare... I don't look S2000-material...

guys...are u serious? This many people didnt know about the lifting console? Where the hell do you guys keep your registration/S2000 manual/misc. stuff?!?!?! I've been keeping stuff in there since i first drove the car. However, when i got pulled over the 2nd day i had it, I opened the first console to get my wallet, and then when i opened the second console, the cop shined his flashlight into it to see what was in it, i dont think he expected another console. -Chris

Chris, it's a catch-22... Sometimes people get the car with the manual in the secret compartment.

Which came first, the chicken or the egg?
