A couple of those little "smudges" (they look a little like an oily spot) have recently showed up on my dash in the exact same place you show in the pictures. I've only used 303 protectant on the dash a couple times. Will update when the snow melts here in SoVA.

I have the same probelm right now. I'm going to try and go over it a couple of times with a cleaner to get rid of it. Than a couple of swipes with a protectant should do the trick. I hope......to be continued!!!

That's so weird. I've noticed these blotches, too, and haven't found a solution yet. I have the Einzett deep cleaner, so I'll try that (not sure if I tried that there since the dash looks dry otherwise). Glad I'm not the only crazy one...

Tried multiple cleaning products including risked with alcohol pad. Nothing. I just started using Protectant after cleaning instead of just using cleaners or mild protectants such as quick interior detailer.

Now I do natural shine and it hides it for a month or two.

Tried some new stuff, still not coming off. Is there anyone I can go to and pay to get it out. Just tired of buying all these chemicals, want to get it out already.

As awkward as this seems. What lotion are you using?
