303 Aerospace vinyl protectant is all I use on the plastic and vinyl parts of the interior, the UV protection is top notch on this product. Leather protectant on all of the leather parts.

Speaking of spots, try to avoid any protectant on the dashboard cluster glass as some products will leave spots on it, I'll use meguiars past-x on it but I don't leave any protectant on it to dry.
