I accidentally scratched the leather on the steering wheel with my wedding band. Do you guys know any means in which i can repair it? Thanks guys

 

I used black shoe polish to fix the scratches in mine.

 

Did it blend well?

 

sorry, i'm soo glad i take my rings off when i drive cuz that's exactly what i was afraid of, but ofcourse i always forget my rings in the car than, but i'm not married so it's not a problem

anyways, any good steering covers avialabe that look nice and sporty for our cars? i don't want the leather to fade, i already see a lil fading where i grip my steering wheel

 

sometimes i wear belts with metal rivets on them, and i scratched the bottom while getting out of the car as my hips rubbed the steering wheel. i don't know if i want to put shoe polish on it as the sweat from my palms might loosen the color and get on my hands. i used a leather lotion and it definitely lessened the roughness of the scratch.

dealership is replacing mine tomorrow because of his
