Subwoofer Trunk Fitment

Subwoofer Trunk Fitment
Hello all,
I'm looking to put a subwoofer in the cutout section in the trunk of my 2004 s2000. I was wondering if this sub would fit in that sectional, and for those of you who have subs in that spot, what dimensions fit snugly. The powered sub i'm looking at is this rockville 10" sub, see-> ( Rockville RWS10CA Slim 1000 Watt 10" Amplified Powered Car Subwoofer Enclosure eBay ). The dimensions read, "Dimensions: 24" x 7" x 15" which is a very close fit to the dimensions I'm seeing online... would this sub fit tightly or is it too large?
Thanks, feel free to post any pics showing off your sub setups!

I don't think that would fit flush in the cut out. I have JL Audio CS112TG-TWG sub in the cut out and it fits perfectly flush. Size measures 21.75" x 14.625" X 7", and it fits flush with the trunk deck. Anything bigger will sit above the trunk deck, @ 7" deep the cut out starts to taper in.
