Default Swaping Seats

Does anyone know if it's possible to switch the passenger seat with the drivers? My driver seat is getting a lot of wear so I wanted to know if it's possible. I know you can physically switch them but the problem is with the buckles. Can they be moved from one side to the other since they would have to be if you are switching them.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Nope. You CAN switch just the bottom seat but the left bolster (one closer to the door) has an extra metal support. If you switch it, that support will end up next to the shifter and will have no extra support on the door side. This means you will wear out the side bottom bolster faster.

By bolster you mean the metal brackets connected to the floor which the seats lock into? So switching the seats alone doesn't work, without switching the bolsters? But if I do switch the bolster's then it'll wear out the other seat faster due to lack of support by the door?

I just want to clarify and make sure I read it right.

The seat bottoms are different. They have different part numbers.
