Yes. This is what I did to fix mine. I had some leftover seals from my hardtop that I used, but you can find similar weather stripping at a local hardware store.

Pry slowly from the back and it comes up...its just held on my clips.

Same here I just figured its because of the age of my car doesnt really bother me tho I'm sure some refurbishing or if you can starch the leather or get it around the nut
