I would like to add a grab bar to the passenger side A pillar so there is something to hold onto when driving so hard you get moved in the seat.

Also, for getting out of the car, as I get older it is nice to have something to help you get out, and in for that matter.

Anyone else interested or know how to go about doing it?

 

whatever you do be sure to mount the grab bar to the actual a-pillar itself and not just the plastic trim, you could probably easily have a shop weld one in (i don't believe screws would pierce the metal all that well). try it and post pics, worse case scenario it doesn't work out.
