Okay, get your minds outta the gutter.

I bought a used Saner bar and I'm having trouble getting it bolted to the full stiff position (the hole closest to the front to the bar). The end link, even when fully collapsed, seems too long to reach that position. I don't have trouble reaching the middle position. Maybe that's what I get for buying a used Saner bar or a Saner bar at all. I also have Koni Yellows if that makes a difference, but everything else is stock.

Do I need to get a jack or pry bar and push the bar up high enough for the bar meet w/ the hole in the endlink? Has anyone else had trouble with this?

Thanks,
Warren

I made my own hyme joint end links. That was the only way I could get mine to get to the first hole. I just bought 1 male hyme and 1 female, screwed them together made my measurements so they where not to long and applied red locktite to keep them from coming apart. The hard part is that you want them to be straight up and down I used spacers from seat belt buckles where they attach to the frame. This was very time consuming but I did get it done.

give me email and I'll send you a pic.

I had mine on full stiff with no problems. The endlink needs to go to the front side of the mounting tab on the suspension arm to make it happen, though.

Thanks Highlander. I was wondering about that so I tried that but now I have the brake line mount in the way. I have Koni Yellows with the Saner brake line relocater bracket on, but the Koni bracket that's welded to the shock body seems in the way.

I'm thinking about going Hondamanwill's route and making my own hyme joint. Now if I can find a place here in the DC/Baltimore area that I can get them from.

I have the same setup. You will need to bend the brake line tabs on the konis.
