Steel Wool? How long do you expect that to last? Take Steel Wool, place it on the ground, and light it with a match. Tell me how fast it burns up.

If you want the TRUE CEL fix for 06+ then send me a PM. There is a guy down here that has it running in 3 06+ and they have no CEL from the TP at all. I can talk to him and maybe I can "sell you" mine and just buy another one from him.
I don't know... or really care how long it takes for it to burn the steel wool. But for one thing I believe the Blox from inlinefour.com did majority of the work. I'm not the only one that has the blox to vouch for this either. There are other members that I have heard with 06+ with the Blox and it works also!

I wonder if anyones tried a metal mesh screen to filter the sensor, sense the stell wool doesn't last? This is what i'll be trying next! I have some real fine aluminum mesh that I'll cut to fit between the foulers, and layer them if needed. Might work?

I haven't had a problem with the steel wool burning off. It is a little burnt on the end but not all the way through to the O2 sensor. I've repacked a few times just to check. But then again I'm still having issues with the cell light coming on. I'm free of the light since the last repack about 200 miles ago. We'll see how long it lasts.

The blox is just another brand test pipe right? Tudernos, do you know what makes it different?

The blox looks almost similar to the "Autozone spark plug anti-fouler" but the difference is that the blox is bigger and a little bit longer. I believe the hole near the threaded part is smaller so less fumes can reach towards the o2 sensor? That's all I can think of.

Well... even a little bit of steel wool fills it up. There isn't much space in the anti-foulers.. so yeah.

cel fix from t1r and one spark plug anti fouler did the trick for my 07 no steel wool needed 16k miles no CEL...blox cel eliminator is the same i would think as the t1r cel fix and plus dont like the idea of putting steel wool in any part of my car especially if it was to burn up and you have to repack
