I pretty much tried everything to. But this time I bought the Blox from inlinefour and used 2 spark plug anti-fouler from autozone. I stuffed it with steel wool and now 100+ miles still no CEL.

Here is the link FYI

I'm really glad I read this thread a couple times over before ordering my TP. I went with a Berk TP and the Blox from inlinefour. I've driven the hell out of it trying to get it to throw a CEL, and no luck at all! So I'll go ahead and jump on the Blox bandwagon for the MY06+!
Running Berk HFC, it worked for quite awhile (about 3500miles), but now the CEL will pop off every couple hundred miles and will pop off if I am going up a certain degree incline or it seems that way, well at least it does if I am at about 3200rpms, IAT is at about 100F, ECT is about 190~200F. This is what I get from reading the OBD2 port with the checker/clearer. I just clear the CEL and go about my way. This summer will be going with the KPro so I can just turn off the 2nd O2 sensor and never have to worry about the CEL popping off for the bogus, "hey you have no cat or your HFC is no longer cleaning up the exhaust enough".
For the guy that posted back in November, just unclip the wires at the locking clip, then you will not twist the wires when trying to remove the O2 sensor while the tp, hfc or regular cat is in place.
