I wouldn't be doing this, the finish is good, apart from that, the ARC one does not weigh anything close to the Voodoo Magnum Titanium, neither is it any better, those ARC inserts and non specific thread for the AP1 does not impress.

What we need is the same specifications as the current Moddiction spun countersunk one. Nice and big, with plenty of weight (it's even heavier than the Voodoo Magnum Titanium which is the same diameter) + titanium and perfect burnt finish.

Hey man sorry for the delay on vacation now.
I have 2 of the sample titanium balls made now and will be shipped to me once I return from vacation and send payment over for them.

Well I got the sample balls in today. Unfortunately that is the end for of the good news!
They are not perfectly round. Were machined poorly so need to find a new shop to machine the balls for me. Besides that they are nice and weigh about 300 grams. Not as heavy as the stainless steel ones but do have some nice weight to them!

 

Well today brings better news slightly. I was able to machine the balls a bit and they came out looking really nice after a bunch of work.
I just tried burning one and came out not bad. Need to get a larger torch to heat more at once I think.
Think the ball needs to be prepped better before burning or something as there a few spots here and there.
I will definitely be rocking this one in my car as of today however!

Edit: Man I need to learn how to make pictures look halfway decent haha.
