All great advice, guys. thanks.

My ideas are mostly to have a nice cruiser. I seriously doubt I will ever track it- I got that out of my system with the STi.

I had a set of tein coilovers with EDFC, and was really happy with those, but they were super stiff. I'm getting older now, and I kind of enjoy my ride on the softer side. I know I'm all over the place. I know I won't get huge, if any gains with a catback exhaust, I just would like a slightly louder engine note than I've got. I don't want a fart cannon, I know an invidia style sound isn't what I want. I'd love to get it painted, but I seriously doubt I can get a good spray inside my budget. So, I guess I'm looking for mostly cosmetic/light performance.

One question, there is a small plastic area behind my flipdown windscreen window that looks like it's missing something, was it a 3rd brake light? I guess a picture would be easier- I'll post one a bit later. I need to get to the DMV and get tags.

Thanks again for the tips.

the s2000 doesn't have any interior brake light. The brakes lights are only mount external on the car's body.

For me I'd go used Supercharger kit (Vortech/Comptech Novi 1000) on stock pulley (no more than 7lbs of boost) and install yourself. Look here for em https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/forum/227...tion-for-sale/

If you're already getting the car fully serviced and an alignment done, then I'd put the money into a decent set of coilovers (IMO Fortune Auto 500s + Swift Springs) and a good exhaust (Berk/HKS single actually make some good power with a tune, but they're fairly loud).

That'd still leave you with about $600 left too maybe for some track time... Track time down here is expensive as hell though.

There is a link to the piece of plastic that's missing.

The current tires are nearly new (+/-15k miles) Toyo Proexs 4. I prefer Bridgestone, But no reason to get rid of these, especially with winter coming up. I'm in SE Georgia, so no snow or ice, but still near freezing temps from time to time.

The only mod is an Intake. It's full length, not a short ram.

4.77 gears are a terrible idea for an AP2.
