4.56 gear ration question ap2
It means they changed the rear end gearing from stock 4.10 to 4.56, which makes your revs higher per mph. Some do it because they like the feeling of faster acceleration, at the consequence of higher revs on the freeway and as your experiencing, the speedo being off. You can get a correction "yellow box" to re calibrate the speedo.
The car revs to 9k now because your still running the original ap1/F20 ecu. That's fine, but yeah its better to keep your WOT shifting under 8500rpm. The F22 doesn't make power past that anyway with stock cams.
