could you guys elaborate on how it's better for stop and go traffic?

also, what are the rpms at exactly 60mph, if you don't mind?

So the 4.77 would work with AP1 & AP2? Also how much did you pay in labor to install everything?

The car picks up speed much quicker on first and second gear. Makes zipping around from a stop a blast imo.

And the feeling of acceleration is crack! I know its not that much faster but it sure FEELS a ton faster and puts a huge smile on my face every time.

I agree /\ /\

Car responds so much better and feels tighter, if that makes sense. At 80mph im at 5000 rpms and still get 25mpg average.

Put it this way, I was into drag racing alot last summer. I ran a 14.3 best with exhaust. that was with a 2.0 60ft. Just with the 4.77s, my best was a 13.7. They are a huge improvement!!

I lost 1mpg average, its about 500rpms higher on the highway, but the payoff is your car feels 10x faster. Any gear accels very fast

4.77 FTW. Love mine. Got them through hardtopguy.
without the speedo calibrator your speed will be off by 16% so accordingly you will put fake miles on the odometer as well.
I am very used to the gears now do feels stock to me. I'm sure if I drove a stock geared s2000 and then got back into my car the difference would be awesome. Definitely makes a wild car even wilder!

I regularly cruise at 100mph plus for long distances, so I guess that would get a bit wearing... so... would the 4.57 be a better choice for me in the AP1?

Well try cruising in 5th gear at those speeds. 4.77 will be like 200 rpms lower than that. Should be around 6k rpms I think.
