The $5 alternative to diff collars
well its the fact that i could buy diff collars for 113 new now. or pay 5 dollars and end up regretting it and paying 400ish for 4 new mounts and starting over. just saying. i would love to save move, especially that i broke my stock diff, then paid 2500ish for a new diff just to break again from wheel hopping. puddydad said strengthening the mounts will help. im getting wheel hooping from just rolling in 1st and going WOT on my DD tires, evo v12. easiest thing would probably to not do it but there are just some moments i just have to, like needing to switch lane after a redlight or making a quick left turn on a busy street. he told me two options, feel in the mounts or get collars.
its really not noticeable AT ALL as far as vibration or driving compared to stock
its only different when you step on it or in quick on/off throttle situations it feels more direct.
leave them fluid filed like I did the fluid will still give them some dampening but once they start to flex a bit they will stop once the movement reaches the filled portion.
ok, i bought an extra set of diff mounts. but i dont know what i really want to do with them. i ditched the whole idea of diff collars. i am interested in doing this. but, i am looking into hardening my diff mounts so i dont blow the diff up again while wheel hopping. i am either planning to do this or gut them and feel them with 60A. any opinions?
I would do what SgtB said
" Filling the mount adds much more stiffness even if it's the same duro rubber. The upshot is that it's soft but there is less movement in the rear compared to stock. I do recommend gutting the mounts though. I don't think filling the voids will give you as much benefit, but it's certainly helping some."
If you fill the mount with the 60A it will not move much because there is no void or any oil filled void to move in. It will be 100% filled so the 60A will feel harder than a mount made with 60A with voids in it.

You could follow this DIY but instead of putting diff collars in you would fill em with the adhesive stuff.

ok so i just took the plug and did this. but when i was "done", i was looking at it while it was drying and notice that it was expanding more than i thought it would. i tried to smooth it out and there were large air pockets in it. should i redo it? i am thinking that the other mounts probably have air pockets too. this would definitely would not be beneficial.
