Default 6000k hid bulb make the beam pattern change?

hi guys,

Just replaced 6000k bulbs at the local shop.

Weird thing is that my beam pattern and lines are not as clear and straight as before...

can this happen by just changing the bulbs??

2 possibilities, you inserted the D2S HID bulb "upside down".

Or, you installed a D2R HID bulb which has a slight cover for non projector headlights.

Both instance will change the beam pattern position and lines.

Or, it might be a POS Chinese made bulb with an odd shaped base moving the 'filament' out of the focal point of the projector.

Also you lose Lumen output going up in color scale.
