I didn't have any issues with my JVT regarding the o2 sensor. It cleared just fine with no problems at all. It honestly couldnt have fit any better and that's also another reason I would recommend this header.

I'm not sure if anyone has came up with a solution for that issue since i've seen other headers have the same problem, but worse case is that you may have to plug that one and get a new bung welded into the header in a more ideal place so it clears everything.

Yea, Id prefer not to have to do that but we'll see. I didnt think the ap2 would be different???

Yeah, i've read of a couple different types of headers having that problem but havent seen an easy solution other than relocating the bung. That's most likely what you will end up having to do if you want to use that header.

Nah your ap2 should be exactly the same.

I found this one, Similiar in design but the o2 bung is moved over more. Is it bad that the sensor would no longer be vertical? I know with a/f gauges the sensor needs to be somewhat verticle to drain any moisture. Think you'd run into the with the o2 sensor?

just had my jvt header header installed and im pretty happy with the fitment and quality overall for the cheap price. The collector merge and some of the welds arent perfect but it aint bad! I've noticed a slight improvement with throttle response and smoother transition into vtec but I hear more of a ticking valve sound during lower rpms is this normal or do I have a exhaust leak??? Should I retorque all the header bolts after a few weeks of driving?

I have installed 3 sets of ebay header on 3 different s2000's. I did have a problem with the placement of the o2 bung much like the other post on one header the seller gladly replaced the header with no problem. For the record I'm 99% sure that eBay header=jvt=megan header. Btw i put down 222hp with I/e/h/tp/vafc.

^^ So which header is the megan header based on then?

Did you notice a smoother vtec transition and improved throttle response with the ebay header over stock headers? Did you notice a kind of valve ticking sound more prominent at low rpms over the stock headers?
