I will after thanksgiving, im also going to smooth out the ports a but more, and try and fix that collector.

Get some DEI header wrap, youll add some more power by doing it and it looks cooler IMO.

i highly doubt header wrap adds power, and it causes the metal to retain moisture and rust, plus they look to good to cover up.

Yeah wrap doesnt add any power. It has also been said that your header or exhaust will be more prone to cracking welds if you wrap them.

If the header is smooth on the exhaust side but has a step if the flow was reversed, that is actually a good thing. It helps to keep the exhaust flowing the right direction(out). Some headers had the step made right in the header just after the exhaust port on the head or you could put a anti-reversion plate in between the head and set of standard headers.

header still looks great and hasnt fallen apart, lol, i ahvent really driven the car much, but i have a vented hood and it sits outside, so its holding up nicely.
