Love aerocatches (hate the replicas though, they're really shit quality).

Have had mine for a few years now on a cf hood... not an s2k though, unfortunately.

 

Nice Moe6, looks great! Definitely worth going for the real thing.

 

great writeup as always! i like how you fabricated the L-brackets so you dont have to mess with the rad support.

 

nice, but doesn't the right side get in the way of some/all snorkels(or airducts). have any pics of that?

 

 

Frei,

I will not be using a snorkel so that was not an issue with this install. I needed to make sure the venting I'm opening up rearward of the support wouldn't be affected by the latches.
There are alternate mounting locations you can use to accomodate a snorkel.
