Default single stock exhaust.

So i recently removed my resonator and got a pipe welded through and there is a very small difference. I have a berk HFC and would like to keep the sound stock with a little more loudness. Has anyone done a single stock exhaust custom set up? I was thinking my exhaust shop could weld a pipe from where the old resonator used to be directly to one exhaust outlet only.

Thoughts comments suggestions

thanks,

Nick

Are you asking using just one stock muffler? Or something different?

If converting to a single would have to replace the whole section after the Y. Otherwise it will be very restrictive.
And yes it has been done before.

Yes I am saying remove the entire y pipe section and run a pipe straight from the old resonator cutoff back to a single muffler. Anyone on here done it and anyone know how it sounds or performance gains?

and should I just say F it and get a real exhaust?
