yes i have a wideband 02. AEM UEGO. part # 30-4100. i know the 70 dollar ones at pepboys are a light show that doesnt do anything. but thats not that point.

ams mike - will it read differently at the back half of the test pipe rather then the front? the front is kind of a tight spot. i already screwed up once as far as postions but that was totally my fault. bad call. im going to get it fixed tomorrow. im gonna try to get it in the front and i found some room up in there. thanks.
anywhere in the test pipe is fine

That lean spike to 15:1 makes me think you have a "filter on a stick" CAI. What are you going to use to tune it?

LOL. thats some bad mis-information right there.

This fuel adjustment controller can increase and decrease fuel in a wide range of +50% to –50% by 1-point increments for the specified engine rpm. RPM points can be set in 100 rpm increments and make fuel correction according to the throttle position.

also....here is the manual, i highly suggest you read it

Piggy backs CAN add fuel, but the stock ECU will freak out if it sees much more than 1000 mbar from the MAP sensor. I tried adding a few percentage points using a VAFC on my '02, and it started bucking and choking as soon as it hit that RPM point. I think 3% was the most I could add without that happening. I suspect that the max positive adjustment probably depends on your altitude.

i am about 200ft above sea level and i go down to almost 100 ft about sea level in md. is a k an n fipk an okay intake? i might end up switch back to stock box with k an drop in and snorkel. with the snorkel can i get hydrolock? this wont be for a while if this does happen. and thank you for recorrecting me.

gernby did you notice an increase in power with your vafc2 on ur 02? also does it look like i would gain a good amount of power using this unit?

There is little gain from most intakes over stock, but you can really get nice gains from a good VAFC tune on an AP!. Here is what a good tune did for mine.
