Any one else ever had problems with Ricks?
Hey,
Has anyone else ever had issues with them?
I'm really fed up. I ordered a set of tinted JDM indicators and they shipped on the 17th to England. However they never showed and the tracking shows them processed through Chicago 22nd Sept and nothing since.
So I contact Jeff and on the 14th he agrees to send a new set, and gives me a tracking number. These have never moved past 'tracking info recieved' though. So does this mean they were actually sent?
I've sent several emails asking for a an update on have they gone out and if I can now just have a refund or pay extra for express shipping and have another set sent.
All mails have been ignored stone dead for sometime now. These really were going to finish the car off with the black badges.
Its not so much the $20 plus shipping to the UK, it the fact i'm getting flat out ignored and stiffed for a measly $20 from what I thought were a cool outfit to deal with as they advertise on here and am not going to be able to get the car finished off....

I had issues with 'em too.
I ordered a GC locks along some Diff oil.
Got my box with the GC but not the oil... WTF? told me "not enough paid for shipping the oil"... meaning they wrong quoted me the shipping fees.
They could have emailed me and warned, I would have paid the difference... But no, just wasted my time, even more waiting for the oil fee refund.

Just to say Jeff has got in touch since my post
I paid extra for express shipping and they shipped another set.
They've turned up and fit perfectly. They look awesome on the car!
All's well that ends well.
