So i dont really like the stock shift boot so i was thinking about getting a Civic Type R shift boot i think it would look alot better with the Plastic Ring and everything what do you guys think? Any pictures of it installed on a s2000?
How hard was installing it type R boot hows the fitment? I like it alot there all over ebay I think im gonna get one my boot is worn and has alot of creases in it
just pull the console, unplug, unscrew some pieces, line up the holes with the clips, and that's it...takes little to no time... there is a DIY that pgarrett posted somewhere...(I think in the Ohio thread)
Its a bitch if you get a Type R Shift boot, I got ITR one and had to cut and modify it to work. Since non of the Type R shift boots are the right size and have the holes, you will need to cut and figure out how to get it installed.
