arc cooling plate issue

ive read a few threads regarding the arc cooling plate issues. it seems that people had to move their hood latch a bit higher...

how high do you have to move it???

is it that noticable from the outside??? anyone with pics after the install...

When i took those pics it was an OEM hood - For the life of me, I don't know why you would have problems.

When I installed my plate, I removed the front bumper stiffener and gasket. I placed the stock gasket on the ARC cooling plate and discarded the front bumper stiffener, and it was a perfect fit.

Guess I was one of the lucky ones.
