I have the Ballade Sports unit in my AP1, just over 90k miles 2002 model. Unit works great, also has a lifetime warranty and the shop is local in Orange County, which is a big plus for me being able to do business in person. Alex and the BalladeSports crew do great work, and I feel like they truly make products that improve on the already great design of the S2000.

I went with Billman because of his credibility on this forum and because he was very easy to deal with and answered any and all my questions. I have not dealt with Ballade and cannot give a fair comparison. But billman was a no brainer for me

I'm sure both are good products, but I went with Billman for one reason; I owed him for the free knowledge he's given the s2000 community.

What Billman has done for this community for free is priceless.

Why do I feel like this is one of those situations where the OP is asking for advice so we are telling him Ballade Sports or Billman and now watch him go down to the Honda dealer and pick up an OEM unit hahahaha

This is literally some of the the stupidest logic I have ever read. Do you own an original version of anything? Do you know how many revisions any product goes through before it is ever sold let alone over the lifecycle of a product? Is the current iPhone or any phone better or worse than the original version of it? Again maybe try reading the thread I posted as to why the Billman one is the superior product.
