Default Best camber needed

Hi everyone. I bought new wheels for my AP2 S2000 (Japan racing JR22) with 18 inch, 7.5 front and 8.5 rear. I also have eibach springs (3cm down). I'm running with -3.5 rear camber but sometimes the back wheels touch in the car (245/35/18 rear tyre). Can you tell me which is the best solution to solve this problem? Which is maximum camber that I may use?
Thanks, Rui.

What is the offset of the rear wheel? You're camber is pretty much at the max that you want to run. Might need to roll the fenders and do a tab relocate... An 8.5" wheel with anything less than +45 offset is going to rub...

Thanks K20iVTECk. The offset of the rear wheel is 45. Is the -3,5 camber too much?

Are your fenders rolled? You may just want to do that to solve your problem.

And no, that amount of camber isn't too much depending on what you're doing with the car. If it's just on the street as a DD or something, you may want to roll your fenders and tone down the camper a bit to preserve your treadlife a little more.

I'm at -2 and -2.5 with a 17x9 +38. My fenders are rolled, however. Car sees track time but it is a daily currently.

Yea 8.5" wheel with +45 offset is right on the egde...with a 245 tire it's probably only rubbing on the bumper tab. I would relocate the bumper tab and back the camber off to under 3 and see if it still rubs. If it does then it would need a roll as well... goodluck!

According to their website they don't make an 8.5 +45. They make 8.5 +35 and +40. But who knows with replica wheels like that their websites don't always have all the info. Anyways even if it is +45 thats not on the edge or anything. You need to roll your fenders and relocate the tabs. The fronts show the same offset range of 35-40 and you should have the fronts rolled as well.

Yes. An 8.5" +45 wheel is right on the edge of rubbing with stock/unmodified fenders... depending on the 245 tire's actual tread width, some rub and some don't...

Generally speaking if you are at stock ride height or barely lowered it can be ok but if you are lowered more than just a small amount it will rub. I know there is someone out there that has gotten away with it and will swear up and down that they are slammed with these specs and don't rub but from the cars I have rolled fenders on there were signs of rubbing. Also most people define not rubbing as not hearing it rub but just because its not audible doesn't mean its not happening. I suppose there is a number of other variables here with his alignment that could be contributing to it as well.
