Default Black Exhaust Tips

Has anybody used these tips? More specifically, used on an AP1. I think they could look really good given the black piece between the exhausts on the AP1 bumper. If anyone has any pics to share; please do! I'm hoping that this would look more stealthy than ricey... What do you guys think?

Just buy a spare set of OEM tips and paint them, or take them and get them powder coated.

Sure, that is always an option. In general, personally painted items typically do not look as clean and can be less durable. However, I wouldn't mind seeing a picture of someone that has done that. Thanks for the reply.

OEM Honda CR tips. I copied the look with black high temp paint (barbecue grill paint etc) and ran it for several months, it held up fine.

^I wanted to be able to go back to stock so I just cleaned the tips with alcohol. Three light coats of paint did the job. It takes a bit of work but you can remove the paint completely with paint reducer on a rag.
