Brake rotor screws
I've almost had it with these. They never come out without needing to be replaced and make the job a total pain.
From doing many brake jobs on other cars, it seems Honda's are one of the few that use rotor screws. The rest just lock by the lugs.
I want to hear some opinions on keeping them (anti-seize?) or just ditching them. I've left them out on my daily (eg civic) and there are no issues so far.

These screws are NOT necessary. They are on there to help assembly workers so that the rotor doesn't fall when they're working. Wouldn't it suck if that thing fell on your foot?
Get them out with an impact driver and keep them out.

You don't need them, but if you do but them back in, make sure you put 'em in the right holes! When I didn't my first brake job on my first S two years ago, I put the screw in the wrong hole, where it wouldn't sit flush with the rotor, and eventhough I torqued the wheels to spec, that little bit of space where the wheel didn't sit flush meant one day on a group drive someone let me know my wheel was wobbling! :0!! Sure enough, almost all the lug nuts had come loose! Good think we were in traffic, 'cause if we had been in the twisties.. I would have crashed the car.. or even worse, gone off a ravine!
