Default CAE Style Shifter for S2000?

Drove a E46 and a 911 with a CAE shifter and they feel amazing when rowing through the gears. Any reason why nobody has made this style of short shifter for our cars? RTD Shifter makes another CAE style shifter for BMW's. I guess Hybrid Racing makes one for the K series cars. I wonder if that type of setup is too tall for our cars.

A $1000 shifter? The stock shifter is pretty tits already, sounds like a really small market that would be interested.

The cheap-o way is this: https://www.circuithero.com/collecti...ant=1127298831

I'm kinda curious how flimsy it is, I'd also be interested in a tall, but stable shifter.

that's what i have in my car, but its just extending the shift knob and making it less short shifter feel.

The price is steep for a "short shifter" but its amazing when you row through the gears.

+1 for interest in a CAE style shifter for the S chassis. posted in the S2000 Track talk forum and nobody seemed to know what I'm talking about. Seems a little steep on price until you've operated one and realize how effortless rowing through the gears is.

I saved this many months ago. It was posted in the Track Midwest FB group. Haven't seen any updates about it since that post though.
