Thumbs up Can't find the thread. Red DIY dash lights

I read a thread a while ago about changing the orange stock dash lights to red by changing out the color screen in the dash from the orange one to a red one.
I can't find the thread anymore so wondering if anyone remembers what it's called or has better searching skills. Looking for a little project to do so would be greatly appreciated.

No problem for a fellow fls2kier. I'm doing the F1-esque one right now, so If you have any questions, let me know.

Oh nice!! I'm gonna try it out tomorrow. How many layers of the film stuff are you doing? Also for the green are you going with a green filter or does a blue mixed with the yellow give the green color? Nice and easy to remove?
Can't wait to get started on it. Love free or super cheap mods like this!!

the reflective film? I'm just doing one layer. For green I'm just going to go with green. It was unbelievably difficult to get the cluster out, but I didn't lower the steering column or remove the wheel like the service manual says.

Hmmm how did everyone else remove the dash cluster? Everyone else seems to think it is very easy. Hmm I don't feel like removing the wheel either. Guess I'll see how it goes.

Protip: The plastic tabs on the bottom of the cluster are really easy to break, and doing so made getting the cluster back in super easy.

Also, make sure that whatever you use as a filter isn't even slightly transparent, or you'll be doing this all again in no time.

Really? I am using transparent dividers but going to layer like 4 of them on top of eachother. Someone else did that already I think and it looked great. What did you use for the filter?
